FABRICE ADLER Owner & Managing Director
Fabrice Adler took over the business of Adam & Behrens in 2025. He previously worked as an independent property agent on the Costa Blanca. He has extensive experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the life cycle of hotel properties - from development and operation to valuation and transactions.
Before moving to Spain, he worked at KPMG Germany for around seven years, most recently as a manager and authorised signatory. Thanks to his background in consulting and the hotel industry, he now combines professional expertise with a keen understanding of service, organisation and customer orientation and provides professional and solution-oriented support to national and international clients.
RENATE WIENERROITHER Sales & Backoffice
Renate is Austrian and has been with Adam & Behrens S.L. since 2015. She is our office gem and the friendly voice of the switchboard, having worked for many years in the back office of a real estate agency and then in a tax/legal consultancy office before joining us. Thanks to her many years of experience, she has extensive knowledge of all aspects of buying and selling property and will put you in touch with the right contacts and support you in the process of selling or buying your home. Whether it's the tax office or Iberdrola, garden, house or pool maintenance, Mrs Wienerroither always knows the right partner for you and is always happy to help you with her language skills in German, Spanish and English.
GÜNTHER ADAM Company founder
Mr Adam left the civil service in 1981 to devote himself to the national and international property sector. His first projects in Spain followed from 1985, including his own urbanisation on the Costa Brava with around 250 houses.
In 1998 he expanded his field of activity to include television and film production, and in 2006 he also took on a supervisory board position in a listed public limited company and moved to Denia on the Costa Blanca.
At Adam & Behrens, he concentrated on the international marketing of properties in Spain with a strong focus on customer orientation and individual support.
NICOLA MIDDENDORF Holiday Rentals
Nicola is responsible for advising customers in the area of holiday rentals and will assist you with your enquiries and bookings. She looks after our customers in a caring and friendly manner and, with her local market knowledge, takes care of all aspects of holiday rentals. Both in all the steps leading up to a letting and in the subsequent letting/rental. She regularly visits each rental property in person and can therefore provide landlords and tenants with individual and optimal support. Every landlord and tenant can count on Nicola's personalised advice, and Nicola's excellent language skills in German, Spanish, French and English enable her to help you at any time.
SUSANNE BEHRENS Company founder
Susanne Behrens is the co-founder of Adam & Behrens S.L.. She has been working professionally on the Costa Blanca since 1999 and has been involved in property buying and selling services for over fifteen years.
She is very service-orientated and always focuses on the wishes and needs of her clients. Her top priority is always to endeavour to implement the interests of our clients with the utmost commitment and dedication, if possible 100 percent.
